Infrared Sauna EVERYDAY For 10 DAYS Sauna For Weight Loss Cure Skin AND Join

00:00what is going on guys well here welcome to our channel I worked at a time which is why over time I get some aches and pains and inflammation in my joints so I've got a severe case of golfer's elbow on my left and right side I also got a common skin condition known as keratosis pilaris which is on my face upper back and arms I'm stressed as hell because I'm human and aren't we all trying to look for a way to lose weight by doing absolutely nothing so what claims you can take care of all of those things I just mentioned that is the sauna ladies and gentlemen or whatever you identify yourself as but not just any sauna we're gonna be using the infrared sauna so for the next 10 days I'm gonna spend a whole lot of money so you don't have to and I want to use the sauna every single day for 10 days and document my experience with it but what is the difference between a sauna in an infrared sauna well I have no idea so let's ask someone who does so yeah so I found the main difference between the interest on us and regular solids is that in regular Sun are getting the heat coming from the outside in so I called you to have a lot of stuffiness sometimes I'm a can be a little bit more uncomfortable you get a lot more sweat from the actual air or the climate station from here rather than from your own body when we use an

01:00infrared sauna and for the waves penetrate through your body into your muscles into your cells and into toxins you've kind of from the inside out and the benefit from that is that one you can read a lot easier so you can stay in there for a lot longer your detox goes a lot deeper so it was actually if the cells into the muscles there's three types of infrared waves that are being used near and far and each one will hit a different part of their bodies or someone their skin someone will write down to the stuff and so that's the main difference if I were to do [Music] alright guys so this is our own little personal paradise for the next 45 minutes there is plenty of room for activities I am getting it excited just thinking about it so here we have the sauna which are going to be spending around 30 minutes in there and then they recommend great after to go into the

02:00shower here for a nice cold shower for about 15 minutes so their session in total of 45 minutes and here you also have a nice little lounge area with two chairs so if you're in a relationship great place to go but I'm just gonna be using one because I'm forever alone so let's take a look inside the sauna wow this is hot so I'm assuming this is just information on the sauna yep and then here we have the remote where you can kind of adjust the lighting and then here is kind of like what each light does so apparently yellow stimulates happiness which I need to do because my mom says they don't smile enough and then there's a nice flat-screen TV it's at your own little home system here so you can watch me on YouTube while you're in the sauna there's Netflix and Spotify so the 30 minutes can go by just a little bit faster and since this is our own private room you we can really wear whatever we want so but I'm gonna wear boxers because I want my channel to be family-friendly don't want to scare anyone you guys don't need to see that so boxers are staying on anyways so we

03:00are going to get started with session number one of 10 right now okay guys who do I look sweaty that's gonna wrap up the first session the first 30-minute session now I'm by actually really fast I watched inside the world's toughest prisons and I mean let's just hope I don't do anything illegal in the future because I won't fare too well but hey the future is unknown but shower time that was sick all right guys so I just wrapped up day number four and I kind of noticed from day one to now each session I went in I got more and more sweaty I guess started to sweat a lot more sausage hmm why could that be so I went to the front desk and I asked the lady and she's like oh I don't really know like what are you

04:00doing in there and I was kind of like what am i doing in there like I'm just sitting in there like what is she insinuating so and then it made me wonder do people actually do that and they're like I feel like that just can't be safe like I don't know like have you guys done it if you have comment down below yep okay guys so I just wrapped up day numbers did number seven and I want to talk a little bit about weight loss because a lot of people are going to say like oh all the weight that you lost is because of water weight and while that is true a lot of the way they'll be water weight a lot of it's also probably gonna be just fat as well because when you're in the sauna for up to thirty minutes you can bring anywhere from two to six hundred calories and that's mainly because your body is so hot inside the sauna that is trying really hard to cool itself down so that means your heart rate is going to increase and that means your metabolic rate it's gonna increase as well so I was actually inside the sauna and I looked at my heart rate monitor on my Apple watch and usually my heart rates like in the low 50s like 53 54 when I was in the sauna I was breaking a hundred beats per minute

05:00which is pretty crazy because I was just sitting there doing nothing so that was pretty interesting to know that was pretty cool let's talk a little bit about skin because I feel like my skin is significantly improved since during the sauna especially the back of my arms I have a small case of keratosis pilaris which are small little bumps and those are pretty much 100 which is amazing and then when I look at my face it feels a lot softer and the complexion has definitely improved as opposed to being that harsh like a red rash you look as it normally would be honestly when I get out of the sauna my face looks super bad and red like I look like I've been slapped repeatedly by a girl a thousand times trust me I know what that looks like I'm just gay I'm a good guy but really what's happening is sweating purifies your skin and cleanses your pores and that's releasing all those bad toxins from your body which improves your skin texture tone and complexion so I noticed that after I let my skin kind of relax after being in the sauna the overall redness is much less pronounced and my skin texture is significantly better which I'm very very happy about Dave number 10 is the final

06:00hurrah since it was the last session I was like you know what let's get the strobe light to try to eat a little bit of this a little bit of that single light buffet but then I got him going really really fast and then I couldn't figure out how to turn it off which is kind of sucked but he's gotta adapt so I ended up enjoying it got marginally hypnotized that session but that is gonna wrap up the ten sessions that was the final session that was bittersweet it became such a part of my daily routine to come here it was something I really enjoyed after that first session I watched that show I decided to like not watch any shows because I don't think I've ever dedicated like 45 minutes just to myself I feel like a lot of times people say oh I need like an hour to myself when you thirty minutes to myself but you're not like really by yourself like you'd be on like your laptop or your phone or something like that so by doing this kind of closing your eyes focusing on like what's going on your life like getting the external stress of it out of your life it actually really helped me I feel like I was a happier person it sounded like the sauna I felt like I was just a lot

07:00calmer so that was the full 10 day experience that exceeded my expectations and then some every single thing that I brought up at the beginning of the video improved in some way I was most hopeful that my golfer's elbow would improve just marginally and it's actually completely 100% gone I am pain-free usually when I'm at the gym and I'll grip a barbell it'll kind of travel up my arm to my elbow and cause a lot of pain but that is completely gone which I'm so happy about my skin has improved I feel happier I feel calmer and did I lose anyway well here you can see for yourself so I lost a total of five point eight pounds which is pretty incredible if you think about it and I lost over 1% body fat by just sitting in a hot room for 30 minutes I didn't add any extra activity I didn't decrease my food at all so there is something to be said about saunas for weight loss I definitely do think I look a lot leaner a lot tighter in specific areas when you look at my comparisons there now will I maintain at

08:00the sauna every single day probably not I do think it is a lot I will however do it once or twice a week because I do think there is a lot of health benefits and we do need to invest in our health so make sure to give it a try guys let me know what you think and I'll see you guys in the next video

In our pursuit of wellness, we often seek solutions that are both effective and accessible. Infrared saunas have emerged as a popular choice, promising a range of benefits from enhanced detoxification to improved skin health. But what happens when you commit to daily sessions?

A recent exploration into the world of infrared saunas reveals intriguing insights. A participant embarked on a 10-day journey, utilizing the sauna each day to address joint pain, skin conditions, and weight management. The results were not only surprising but also illuminating, offering a glimpse into how this ancient practice can support modern wellness goals.

Understanding Infrared Saunas

To appreciate the benefits of infrared saunas, it is essential to understand how they differ from traditional saunas. While conventional saunas heat the air around you, infrared saunas utilize infrared light to penetrate the skin and warm the body from within. This method allows for a more profound detoxification process, as it encourages the release of toxins stored in muscles and cells.

The three types of infrared waves—near, mid, and far—target different layers of the body. Near-infrared waves enhance skin health, mid-infrared waves promote circulation, and far-infrared waves aid in detoxification. This layered approach not only makes infrared saunas more comfortable but also significantly increases their effectiveness, allowing users to remain in the sauna (our deep dive on sauna) longer without discomfort.

The Daily Sauna Experience

For ten consecutive days, the participant dedicated time to the sauna, observing both physical and mental changes. Each session lasted approximately thirty minutes, followed by a refreshing cold shower. This ritual provided a sanctuary for self-reflection and relaxation, creating a space to disconnect from daily stressors.

As the days progressed, the participant noted an increase in sweat production, indicating a heightened metabolic response. "I feel like I was just a lot calmer," they shared, highlighting the mental clarity gained from this intentional practice. The sauna became not just a physical experience but a meditative one, fostering a sense of stillness amidst a busy life.

Health Benefits Observed

The results of this ten-day sauna protocol were noteworthy. The participant reported a weight loss of 5.8 pounds and a reduction in body fat by over 1%. This weight loss, while partly attributed to water loss, also reflects a genuine metabolic boost. During sauna sessions, the heart rate increased to over 100 beats per minute, comparable to moderate exercise.

Skin health also showed remarkable improvement. The participant, who struggled with keratosis pilaris, observed a significant reduction in symptoms. "There is something to be said about saunas for weight loss," they noted, emphasizing the multifaceted benefits of this thermal therapy. Sweating in the sauna helped purify the skin, leading to a softer texture and improved complexion.

Conclusion and Future Plans

As the ten-day journey concluded, the participant reflected on the profound impact of the sauna on their overall well-being. Joint pain, once a persistent issue, was entirely alleviated. They expressed a commitment to continue sauna sessions, planning to integrate them into their weekly routine.

This experience serves as a reminder of the importance of investing in our health. Regular sauna use can be a valuable addition to any wellness protocol, offering benefits that extend beyond the physical. Consider incorporating infrared sauna sessions into your routine, and observe the changes it brings to your body and mind.
